A Brief History of the Twenty - First Century

By Thomas L. Friedman

Jason’s quick thought: Recommended to me by a teacher. This book should be a high school history textbook. It is over 600 pages, but it is broken up in parts, so it is easy to read. It connects relatively current events to the ever-changing world we live in. I have had high school seniors read this book and then change their intended college major because of what the book taught them about where the world is heading.
