All of the books in this section are excellent resources for developing ACT level reading comprehension skills as well as educating students (and to a certain degree parents) with knowledge that can lead to success in the real world. Knowledge is power and reading is the tool that helps provide that power. Note: The number one reason students drop out of college is they run out of money. Colleges don’t provide true financial education. Those three books will provide a solid foundation. Parents, keep in mind that over 40% of people in the 20s (many being college graduates) move back home and live with their parents because of lack of money.
